This cool, rainy, dreary weather of fall makes me want to bake. I love the simple deliciousness of a homemade apple pie. Oh it was so yummy topped with a scoop of vanilla icecream!
I know Susan, it was hard to take only a tiny sliver and not have seconds. Good thing I had company and then gave my neighbor a piece... so I wouldn't be further tempted :) While I am on a diet, I try to only bake when I will have company to help eat it up.
There goes my diet! Love the little apples in the crust!
